In the past I have used mainly flash based designs for my website. For version 4 I decided to go with a simpler design. While the flash based sites presented themselves well aesthetically, the upkeep was challenging at best. I thought of using an XML based flash site, however the timeline for design would have taken longer than I desired, and the presentation was limited. I decided this time to go with a simple CSS and XHTML based site. I believe that updating this version will be a lot easier.
